CoffeeTableBooks.co.za, subsidiaries or affiliates, cannot be held responsible
for errors relating to page layout, spelling, grammar or colour. Image
quality is dependant on the files provided, we do not alter layouts supplied.
If a product is handed in that requires colour correction but was not selected,
we may contact the client and advise.
Album Maker
submissions:
We reserve the right to stop or place on hold, any order we
believe may be rejected for any reason whatsoever. This stop or
hold may take place at any stage in the production process in
which we find or notice any irregularity that may negatively
affect the final product or the Studio22 brand. The client will
be contacted via e-mail within 24hours.
Examples: If the cover image does not fully cover the template
or appears ‘off balance’. If pages inside the book appear to
have errors in layout that in the past have caused books to be
reprinted. This is left entirely at the discretion of the staff
members involved in the printing and binding of photo books and
products at Studio22. Studio22 cannot be held liable for any
losses that may be related to this delay in any way whatsoever.
If "professional color correction" is selected, only the image colour,
contrast and sharpness is corrected. If selected however, No product will be
reprinted due to colour or print quality issues. By selecting colour correction,
it is left to the discretion of the colour technician. If specific colour
requirements are vital, it is the responsibility of the client to request a
colour proof prior to printing. On signing the proof, printing will proceed. If
printing does not match the agreed proof, CoffeeTableBooks.co.za will reprint.
Proofs are charged at the standard relevant print price.
We reserve the right to display our brand (or that of our affiliates) on each
product produced by or for CoffeeTableBooks.co.za. Branding will be added as a
small text line.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure there is
no copyright on any images being submitted.
CoffeeTableBooks.co.za, affiliates or
subsidiaries cannot be held liable for any claims relating to the illegal use of
copyright protected images.
Although we will do our best at all times to meet any requested deadlines, we
cannot be held responsible for any delays whatsoever for whatever reason.
Courier and postage:
Our prices do not include postage or insurance. CoffeeTableBooks.co.za,
Studio22, Colin Sunkel Photography or any staff member, do not accept
responsibility or liability in any why whatsoever for any damage to products
once they leave our property.
If no options are selected in the "Finishing" options, it will be left to the
discretion of the lab to supply the ideal material at the same value. No changes
can be made to any product in this case.
By submitting your order for printing, the client agrees to the terms and
conditions set out on this page that of the link below. This applies to orders
submitted for printing via the FTP site or delivered to Studio22 on a memory
device. Any errors relating to errors in layout or design using the software are
not the responsibility of CoffeeTableBooks.co.za or any of their affiliates. By
submitting your order for printing, the client agrees to accept responsibility
for these errors and the costs involved.
Warrantee:
Warrantee repairs of any nature will be considered after inspection by Studio22.
The cost of transporting the product to and from Studio22 is not covered by
Studio22, this responsibility lies with the customer. We will gladly arrange
collection or delivery for any warrantee product for clients on our standard
delivery route (as indicated on out
www.studio22.co.za website).
